When contacting us, you would need to send us either an email or Whats-app with as much information as possible about the job you require assistance with so our team can get back to you promptly
– What type of home do you have and where
– Are you the owner or a tenant
– What are the tasks at hand
– What is the time frame for the job
– How and when will we have access to the property
– Do you have materials
– Can you pay a materials deposit
– Do you have any additional information or questions
Once we have viewed the property, discussed the tasks and agreed on what and how it should be done, we will then send you a quote to approve, if you accept and give a go ahead, we will then require the materials deposit if necessary. After all materials are acquired, we will then commence work on the agreed upon start date, keep you informed as we work and inform you when the job is completed. If there were any additional materials or work was added we will amend the quote and send an invoice for payment of the balance.
PS – We like to take before and after photos and ask our clients for reviews after we have completed our work – please let us know if this is not an option for you – we will completely understand and respect your choice
